Wouldnt they spin off the rest. How can you spin off something you dont have yet. Would they not release this information after we have aquired the 60%. And as for Haw no one knows what is going on. For all you know they might be getting free carried for 10%. I am hoping its an announcment regarding finance. Really want to know if they are giving Legacy a loan, or paying for there share and the rest of us shareholders pay for our 50%. Would asset spin off not be best done after all option conversion dates.
