a comment on the last couple of paragraphs....Solar roofing material can satisfy this demand and give these people power without the smog.

I'm half hoping DYE goes a bit lower so I can scoop up those cheap shares.Im buying the dips....We are at an energy turning point but most people dont get it yet.I was told this morning by an astute research type(their job) that Samatra gets 46% of its energy burning oil(2011 stat)
It a darn big market and once they drop the fuel subsidy solar will be cheap.
