Tassal has been scaling down its overseas sales to satisfy the growing and more profitable domestic market. Also, the 'lost' sales by Norway will still find a home, even in non-Chinese Asian markets.

Still, it can't be bad for Tassal, and may be good.

Interesting about disease in the Scottish stock. Tassal has managed to stay relatively disease free, though is about to scale up the Macquarie Harbour facilities. No doubt keeping disease and parasites at bay will be a big consideration.
