Well it looks like their might be a wile now,, but who knows when the courts will deliver their verdict,, surely it could be done sooner rather than dragging it out for months,, what ever the out come be it in favor of VMS or the other way it will be no more than an amendment, so come on Mr judge put up and let VMS get on with things,,
So buying opportunity now exists for the astute investor,, cant see this going on till the last month when a dissension has to be put up,, its not that technical !
