I find it interesting that the writer of the article virtually dismisses the commencement of mining of what is one of the biggest of the low cost uranium mines in the world. I can guarantee to you I have been topping up over the last couple of months not because of the nearing of a court decision even though that provides a massive upside potential, it is only a possibility not a probability.
I have been buying because AGS can generate positive cashflow while getting the mine in to operation, and putting itself in a position to benefit substantially from a very probable increase in the uranium price.
Utilities which are coming on line are buying on long term contracts not spot price. As I understand these prices are going up and will continue to do so. The other highly probable upside is an increase of probable reserves.
Everyone will buy and sell for different reasons but I'm betting the sp has risen based on nearing production not on possible court outcomes.
