I'd agree with you about drilling costs, if Neon were a larger company drilling these high cost, high impact targets, but NEN is a little guy, with limited financial means.

If these drills can be achieved without NEN depleting it's bank balance, well and good, but the longer things drag on, the greater the likelihood that NEN will presumably have to raise capital or reduce their interests in order to complete their two drilling commitments....and that means dilution to shareholders (either by issuing more shares or reducing their interest on one or both blocks).

Anyhow, hopefully both drills can be completed, and costs finalised, before we reach that point.
