My only "agenda" is to ensure posters like cmmco don't get caried away with the hype on this and then lose their shirt listening only to the upside hype.
BTW - I have no idea what you are talking about re pipeline versus production. "First gas" by late 2020 means first production i.e. first revenue. Exxon drilled its well about 12 months ago - so they are at least a year in front of our JV.
As far as NEN's cash position - let's just wait and see.
If this is such a "lay down misere" as you all seem to propogate - then why are all the much better informed fund managers and/or brokers not all over it and buying up big for their clients??
Answer - because it isn't yet.
A positive test is the only thing that will drive the price and a CR is coming pre Christmas - no question (based on the consesus of brokers I talk to). Fundies will buy once there is a clear path forward - not before.
Berate me later if I'm wrong - but don't shoot the messenger.
