You again haven't read or comprehended the article , Mr Hau is Chief Executive from Vietnam Oil and Gas and not from Exxon . He is talking about the pipeline in relation to the field and the find !!!

If Exxon wanted to extract the reserves they could do it a lot quicker but ill leave someone who has a better understanding to tell you a time frame

You are also asking asking to provide proof of there claims so why don't you tell us the companies or fund managers your talking to because my friends who also work in these fields haven't heard this pre xmas as you suggest
