If it were a convertable note issue then why would you wait until July. Remember it is those issuing the capital that hold the stick here. But the balance on that stick is an appreciating Platinum price. If you were trying to get a line of stock cheaply by controling the price (eg) 35 cents then you would want it done quickly and well and truly out of the way before the resource upgrades and re-ratings come along. If you don't get your wedge quickly you may never get the stock.
The current Lul in volumes would indicate an imenent announcement on where the capital will be coming from and at what price.
Then you should expect up up and away prior to resource upgrade.
