First post...I expect to be shot down as am a UK holder via HNR...I actually dont want to be taken over by TLW I wanted HNR to stay independent and the Co. to run it's natural course.
Ok as a UK holder with a nominee A/C we have NO RIGHTS..NONE
We have to take the cash or TLW script and have no say..We have been shafted and TLW have taken us for what will be a snip come 2007.
At least you get to vote.
What price do you think this will be if there is a NO ?
Does anyone seriously consider that there will be a No vote? I think this is a done deal now.
I genuinely would be interested in views from HDR holders.
I currently have a large investment in HNR
Will holders who exit be looking for Ugandan exposure via a different Co. (not TLW)
Cheers..Rock
