There are, however, a number of alternatives available which posters have commented on such as divesting this asset into a separate vehicle - I have great confidence in the management team and know that they will look to exploit the greatest value from what was initially to be a passive investment in the short term.

Given the recent nearby success subsequent to Molopo's purchase, management have made it very clear that they are well and truly looking to extract value from this acreage ASAP - this is obvious by the number of investor presentations that followed in North America and the numerous releases specifically commenting on the acreage, etc.

We are on a winner here and when you consider the unrisked value of the acreage based on the sort of $$$ rival companies are paying for land in this region, the SP could easily be a ten-bagger from this position based on Utica shale alone.
