Goes into a bit more detail about the discussions that occurred between council and company. Obviously they were quite involved.

Lets hope those two environmental groups come to their senses and have similar discussions. Although there is only a month or so until their appeal is thrown out anyway, would be nice to see it occur without having to resort to the courts, bc as the company states, would save taxpayers who are funding the groups appeal.
