How far from production assuming the green light given re: appeal matters?

Looks like mainly debt funding which is a big tick.

Got some reservations but open-minded on this one now. Like the exploration upside but not sure about management. Don't know enough about them to know if they are astute and have the ability to convert ounces in the ground to cash in the bank at a healthy profit margin.
