MOJKOVAC - Australian company-concessioner Balamara Resourcers Limited (BRL) will soon make a decision on the opening of new mines "Brskovo" and, what is more important, how exploitation of mineral deposits on Bjelasica .

WIN: How much, if you opt for the variant of simultaneous operation of the reservoir, it delayed the opening of the mine?

BOŠNJAKOVIC: Would not there have been no delay. Planned to have two to three years for prospecting and development feasibility study of opening the mine, and yes, then enter the preparatory work. All should, therefore, be under those plans. We, however, are trying to hasten it. We're already at the end of the project report on the categorization and assessment of economic ore reserves Brskovo sites. This year we plan to finish with the sampling locations and Yellow prlafnu Višnjica the program and under the supervision of the world famous company "Golders Internacional." At the same time, the beginnings and gradual preparation for future production. In case you pass the first version with eksploataciom BRSK, and preparations would be much more intense. Mine would, certainly, ready to go sooner than planned, perhaps by the end of next year.

What do you, as the leader of this project, do you think? What do you expect from the next analysis?

BOŠNJAKOVIC: I expect similar results not only from Brcko, but with Yellow prlafnu and Visnjic, when it comes to lead and zinc. I must say that we are on the approximate percentage of these metals calculated on the basis of earlier data on ore deposits on Bjelasica. We were surprised, however, silver at Brskovo. The first samples of ore, appeared even in commercial quantities, it does not mean that it really has to be worth so much to allocate ga. We will see what to show next analysis. As far as lead and zinc, the point is clear, the question is no longer whether to open the mine, but how will it look like on the ground.

WIN: What's under that entail?

BOŠNJAKOVIC: Primarily locations for processing facilities. We have formed an expert group, which is already working on it. Her task is to find a location that would meet the economic, environmental and health conditions. I believe we will, this year, to be able, before the government and citizens of Montenegro Mojkovac, go out with a concrete proposal locations and an explanation that will satisfy the most stringent criteria, particularly when it comes to the environment and human health.

WIN: Mojkovcani are, you know, we had a bad experience with mine, when it comes to health and environmental issues. Say, for the end of the interview, the extent to which these issues will be a challenge for the company BRL?

BOŠNJAKOVIC: I understand the concern the Mojkovcana, but to do that, believe me, there is no reason. We work according to the highest international standards, when it comes to protecting the environment, and they are just the most rigorous in Australia. According to them, we work here, with the application of modern technology, and not the way they did it in Mojkovac, several decades ago, and for us it was no problem. We do not open the mine, which, as shown above, Mojkovac and contaminate the environment, but mine 21st Ages. After all, all the requirements, we have repeatedly reiterated that before we ask the government and the citizens of Montenegro Mojkovac, respect for the environment, we are ready to meet. If it were not so, I would not even have started this project, who has so far cost about three million dollars.

Brskovo and the London Stock Exchange

WIN: We have heard recently, the stories that "Brskovo" will soon be found on the London Stock Exchange. Is there any truth in that?

BOŠNJAKOVIC: Yes. BRL is, last year bought the former mine of lead, zinc and barite in Vares. In addition, to negotiate details of the takeover of the investigative field in Foca. So, in the region, we will soon have three projects of lead, zinc and silver. For half the year working on getting Balamare arising from daughter company, which should be listed on the London Stock Exchange, with projects in Mojkovac, Vares and Foca. I expect that this will happen by the end of July this year. It will be, as far as I know, the first project of Montenegro, listed on the stock exchange, which will be a joint state and our success as an investor. I hope we can celebrate it together in Mojkovac.



Australia will train future miners

WIN: Earlier you said that in Mojkovac and environment does not have enough staff needed future mine, and that Australia could help to solve this problem. How?

BOŠNJAKOVIC: It will not be too complicated. There is interest in the state of Australia, in cooperation with the Government of Montenegro, help our project in Mojkovac the deployment of experts to prepare, through retraining or qualification, staff need mine. It would, it is very important for you, funded by Australia, and the project would be implemented through the relevant ministries and official institutions of Montenegro.
