Personally, I feel great pressure should be brought to bear by shareholders united, for NKP to deliver what it has promised to shareholders and the ASX in it's announcements to date.

Trading should resume immediately following those promises being honored.

This will allow all concerned to exercise their own free will.

IF there is some drop in SP due to "perceived uncertainty" then it would only remain low until such time as Clarity is restored, if all outcomes are positive. Hence those that wish to remain and don't mind the risks, may not suffer any losses over the longer term.


It should be noted that there would never have been any "uncertainty" to begin with had Shareholders been fully informed regarding all the issues now surfacing since the CC judgement. (the drilling injunctions and the multiple P.R. challenges to name a few)

Suspension, is not for the benefit of retail holders.

As Avarive09 stated, the longer this remains in suspension the less likely it is that suspension will be lifted.

This is entirely statistically/economically correct.

You should all now be demanding answers and action, not waiting patiently for something that could take considerable time to conclude that could go either way.
