I hear what you're saying although I can't understand why you believe that the stock will never trade again. You've posted this a number of times in the past. Why? In the event that the DMR find fully or partly in favour of Genorah the stock will trade. If, in a worst case scenario, Genorah lost all of the Garatau/Tubatse farms and the DMR didn't recognise Nkwe's registered interests then the company would have a massive compensation claim against the RSA Government. Genorah shares currently held in trust would be forfeited. You're talking significant compensation. 500++ million rand. If the farms were lost it would cripple international mining investment in RSA. The damage would be irreparable. I can't see that being allowed to happen. If the company was drowning in debt I could understand where you're coming from but that's certainly not the case.
