IMO most companies don't update register regularly as it's not required and it will only lead to pump and dump activity.. !
First few paid patients will take time as it is new device and paying for it when someone going through tough times will take time but once you achieve 10+ paid patients and if the device shows positive outcome or hope then next lot of patients will come faster. also doctor will get more confidence on use and effectiveness of device.
next re-rate for OSL will be at TGA approval.. IMO... which may come out this year..IMO.
