look hard to argue on past performance as wasn't part of it but sure there must be things that didn't work out in company favor and I would not have bought it if company was in hand of same CEO.. !
I had read few argument on HC about time it will take to get FDA approval but in reality if private patients do experience positive or even get longer life expectancy then current treatment available then this will be easy takeover target of big pharma in USA/Europe.
In my opinion takeover bids are prudent to be made before FDA approve device ... as they can negotiate better price at pre-approval then post-@approval... IMO...and if TGA does approve it then based on future patients treatment in AU, NZ and UK would be good enough for big pharma to make takeover bid... if device has made positive impact on treatment.. IMO.
