Chance of a capital raising IMO is close to zero.
They firstly need to get broker support to underwrite, which also requires confidence that brokers will be able to offload to instos.
It will also require staff/directors to dip into their pockets, and they haven't bought on market so why will they want to buy off-market?
IMO, they will do a deal with McCabe or sell out to Dexus, Abacus, etc before they contemplate a raising.
