I would consider a cap raise to be a positive for VPG since this stock has been and still is priced for extinction. If they indeed do a cap raise and shore up their balance sheet then this can only be a net positive as it will ensure their survival and existence. The cap raise story is different for co's like Stockland because unlike VPG they weren't priced for bankruptcy.
