If they mounted a solid case against Fairfax/West they might be able to go for huge compensation for their/his relentless bad mouthing and denegration of a public company.

It's one thing to 'expose' so called questionable management practices and another entirely to pursue with such frequency, venom and vitriol.

After all, Westy claims that CIY can't entirely blame the economy for what's happened/happening. He say's it's management's fault but maybe, just maybe, his relentless 'vendetta' against them has been one of the major factors in their demise.

All just my own personal opinion of course. The trouble with Westy is that he presents his opinions as though they were established facts.
