Not sure that it is the board that are entirely uncommunicative, but the company secretary is either wilfully mute, or a little dim. Getting information out of AJL is worse than squeezing gas out of a rock....
If the management had not managed to drive the Aussie business into the ground while other engineering companies are performing well, I might give them the benefit of the doubt.
As it stands, I think we could clear out the whole top layer of management and be significantly better off in the future.
