IMO,at the end of the day,remaining stocks should be counted at least roughly to check that there are any big quantity of missing stocks or not.
IMO,it is impossible and not acceptable to check the remaining stocks by amounts after $60m written off from the inventories.
In some country,people steal smart phones and other goods (including luxury cars) and export them to other country.
