I think what miningnut mentioned about admin costs is relevant to ask. I have asked Gooding this before and he felt the costs were acceptable considering they were doing exploration. But I look at other small cap explorers that are running on a shoestring effectively- why isnt HIG instead it looks like a gravy train Sure HIG is not an explorer but it should reflect one as it is free carried in both of its J/vs at Ramu and Frieda. The company could be run out of a back office with a secretary and MD alone. I agree baker steel needs to make a play for it.
Obviously doing this would not be in the interest finacially of current directors and some managment but who are they suppose to be having their best intersts in their own pockets or ours.
