2 years after helping run Albidon into the ground Dale
"Pass the Buck" Rogers has come out of hiding. The name of his new venture sums Albidon up pretty well "Like a Phoenix it will rise from the Ashes" however it should never have got to that stage in the first place.
I am one Albidon shareholder who has not forgiven or forgotten your incompetence Pass the Buck Rogers.

Cazaly Resources Ltd has sold the Kalgoorlie West gold project to Phoenix Gold Pty Ltd. As consideration Cazaly will receive $1.7 million in cash and shares to the value of $1.8 million in Phoenix.

In addition Cazaly will receive $2.5 million in cash on completion of drilling and gold production milestones.The sale is conditional on Phoenix receiving approval to list and Phoenix obtaining ministerial consent for tenement transfer to Phoenix.

Phoenix plans an IPO and listing on the ASX this year. Its board incudes Dale Rogers, non-executive chair, a mining engineer with 25 years experience, formerly managing director of Albidon Nickel, Clay Gordon, non-executive director, geologist and managing director of Mining Assets and Jon Price, managing director, metallurgist and mineral economist, former GM of St Ives and Paddington Gold Mines. He has lived and worked in the goldfields for over 20 years.
