    The Canadian parliament recently voted against enacting legislation that would have enabled mining companies to be investigated about their behaviour on overseas projects - so this last desperate effort by these NGO's will not get to first base IMO especially as the allegations haven't been proven in a DRC Court or elsewhere and might have more to do with commencing an action within the Statutory time limit for such matters and publicity purposes.
