What really annoys me about ORD is they had an opportunity to do a CR at a great price when in high 9's etc. Instead you had people like Frank taking advantage of share price to sell a decent holding of shares he held.

That would have given them the capital to then fund the feasibility study they now are scratching their heads on where they will find the funds for this.
