There was an article in last night's Eureka report (big subscriber base) where a fund manager talked about a "Theoretical" bid for WTF by WEB. He said WEB could look to use its highly priced stock to do a stock deal at around a 30% premium for WTF and that the deal would still be around 8% accretive to EPS. Again this was all hypothetical, so I'm not sure about today's move, esp after yesterday's AGM.

I think it's overdone and I just shorted the stock at $4.80.
I will be watching this closely though as it does look suspect.
