Can't help wondering if York, Mt Kellett, and JP Morgan have all been up to this with Lynas? Dilution via cap raising, after knocking the share price down via shorting, so they don't have to cover on market. Oh yeah - great scam!
And as always, the big end of town wins at the expense of the retail shareholders.
