Interesting article. I suspect RXM have multiple financing possibilities at this stage. The best thing that they did was go to market early and get funding to complete the project to the end of the BFS. Without this and managements perseverance the GFC would have killed this off in 2008. Now we are in a position to negotiate a favorable deal with multiple potential suitors and funding options.
If you look at the Copper stores on the LME and in NewYork they are trending downward in every time period up to 1 year.
