Requirements for Bouris replacement.

Must have good knowledge of the industry, or be a very fast learner, with past successes at turning bloated companies around.

Must be a hard worker.

Willing to work full time for $250k per annum or less, with salary halving after two years if profitability not achieved.

Incentives negotiable, in the form of 25c call options.

Having set the example, must be willing to sack any executive who does not agree to base remuneration below $250k.

Must keep shareholders fully informed and reform the TZ culture of spin and opaqueness in reporting.

Must put all TZ accounting, consulting and other expenditures on a proper, arm's length, commercially competitive basis and sever ties with YBR if the preceding requirement is not met.

Must be willing to eliminate all non essential expenditure, such as business class travel when economy class would suffice, until the company achieves profitability. Must embrace a culture of spending shareholder's money as frugally as they would their own.

Encouraged to purchase shares on market when possible as a show of confidence in the company they lead.
