from the above I do like the following:-
"Ashot Poghosian, stated that the company (Global Gold)didn't violate the law and the given letter has no legal force. He stated that the licence is valid till December 31, 2007 and assured that all kind of works will be carried out by the end of the expiration term. There is no intermediate schedule of works set by the agreement and that's why one can't speak of its violation."
Now to me it's obvious Ashot Poghosian is correct because Global Gold is still operating in Armenia.
Also I can't see where this has anything to do with Iberian - it was directed at Global Gold, not Iberian.
doubleuj - trying to pick up a few IBR on the cheap by shaking them out of the weak hands - nice try, but you won't get mine, not when they are so close to production.
If anything this gives me greater confidence in Armenia - they have procedures, rules, laws.
