would there be a surge of chemists buying THC's oil if these states are only recently / just now legally allowed to prescribe it? My background is retail, when buying a product about 70% of your buy is setting up the stock on hand, the other 30-50% is replenishment. I'm guessing most chemists haven't got much inventory to sell from, and would like to not immediately run out of it. Sales should spike.
