Interesting article in the fin. review l think it was, regarding a class action against isx for misreporting their financials.
With the debacle that the financial reports put out by aiy turned out to be it makes me wonder about the legal ramifications for this company for, as they admitted, deliberately not reporting liabilities because they would threaten the solvency of the company.
l know that l for one would never have spent a bent penny on this company if their financials had shown that the mgmt. were paying themselves and the companies they also hold more money than this company could afford for "consultancy" while getting their other companies to foot the bill for aiy's outgoings 'on tick' only to clean out the bank account when some of their investments came good. l would not like to be a director staring down the barrel of the consequences of deliberately misleading the market.
