Anvil chief executive Bill Turner said his company was yet to receive any notification from the Government on the status of the Dikulushi right or whether operating terms covering its Kulu and Kinsevere mines would have to be renegotiated. "We are just waiting. We are as much in the dark as you are," Mr Turner said.

"It (the report) is something thats not being handled particularly well and we hope that there will be some clarity in the not too distant future."
