There is some political unrest now in Tunesia about the future and the law suit is still not finished, so, there may be some better entry point(s) for a little investment despite the fertilizer boom right now (which does not even touch Phosco as production is far far away).
There is also Agrimin, being far more advanced and in safer jurisdiction but also, 4 years away from the delivery of the 1st kilo.
