To me whether they're producing or not is neither here nor there so long as they have cash for their immediate needs. A high quality deposit in the right part of the world is more important. I picked up some PLA today because they seem to be low cost, high grade and unfairly beaten down (though still think they will go lower due to the PPT liquidation)- I wouldn't touch AQP though.

It may seem the end of the world for resource stocks but people will keep using metals and eventually the prices will reflect supply and demand even if demand is reduced. Quality stocks will always be worth something, even if its still in the ground - sometimes its worth even more that way.
