    guys, if hypo won't release a deposit which legally belongs to babcock, then what chance does babcock have to convince it to agree to its restructuring proposal.

    remember each and every one of the 25 banks must agree to the restructuring plan.

    looks like hypo will pull the pin first chance it gets.

    it's game over.
