The value of these claims exceeds PLN 4 billion, but even if Poland loses the case and has to pay a one-time compensation, which according to legal experts is likely, the profits far outweigh the potential losses.It can be said that for a few billion złotys, strategic deposits worth many times more have been regained. More importantly, it has secured resource and energy security for many years and provided stability and a good future for important State Treasury companies.
