Sunrise and others, what's your take on the cap raising? It would appear that a price has not been set yet. If that is the case, then a real positive as I see substantial appreciation happening over the next week, meaning the cap. raising price may also be higher than we have been sugggesting in previous days.

Will be keeping an eye on BRR in the next few days too.
