Just a figure of speech. All my point was is that even when people break the rules vary rarely is there an outcome (i.e CBA nothing will end up happening). The rules we trade by are complex and proving that you have broken those rules is extremly difficult. ASIC have lmited resources and I am not to sure how many of those would be used to tend to your complaint re a small cap like ESI.
If only (I wish/hope) ESI could grab enough media attention to warrant a response from ASIC re your complaint
