I note what you've stated in your post. I posted comment on the scenario if Petrosen were to PE... leading to an unworkable scenario.. especially while the JV is still in exploration phase and a few more wells to drill.
Of course, the landscape changes dramatically if, as stated, Petrosen and FAR PE the 35% sale and then off-load to Total. Petrosen get's to pocket a fair few million, will stay on 10% and then have a second bite at the cherry when they move into development phase. As for FAR, they be moving from 15% to 36%.. The 36% is a very strategic stake, as opposed to the 15% so they might be bought out or simply offload say 16 % ( leaving FAR on 20%), to Total. Total will be sitting with 30% which I think is not enough for them, they'd want a bigger slice.
