Why not just use the real thing to start with? Can't we leave anything real and natural alone rather than try to make a buck out of it? Looking back we can see how the margarine makers ran with/concocted the "butter is bad" scare. Now it's all falling apart I hope we learn to be a bit more sceptical next time.
