Simplywallstreet do not use TA. They stick to fundamentals (the founder is a great admirer of Warren Buffett). Here is their valuation score card that is used in the snowflake:
I'm not sure what has changed here as there doesn't seem to be a way to see past scores. However, boring down further, I see that the 'PM vs Fair Ratio' and 'Analyst Forecast' are indicating "insufficient data". Both require an analyst forecast, so my guess is that there were favourable analyst forecasts (at least one anyway), but that they are now obsolete in view of the CR.
All IMO.
