    Morningstar places a valuation of $1.27 on VTG. Several institutions have been buying around the $.80 mark last week on reasonable volumes. Interesting to see where this SP goes leading into the EGM. I am sure TLS CEO is watching with interest along with the VTG Board. DYOR.
