Boekewiesje started the conservation above regarding "Anti-malaria drug inhibits novel coronavirus infection in vitro: study". When I looked at this it referred to chloroquine.
It is logical that subsequent questions and jokes originated from this.
Joke or not, both parts of your statement "Apparently it works a treat (ArTiMist on covid-19), however TGA is concerned with over use." a not accurate. You have already acknowledged that for the first part. The second part is not accurate because the TGA was referring to the African pre-referral setting.
My references were to the original source because you a well aware of ArTiMist.
Anyway the Chinese and Italian research is interesting.
