Damages Claim by GGP AGAINST Page will be substantial if successful.

The Indemnity has been discussed some time back here and really its no surprise to anyone that Arturus have gone belly up. They failed to lodge returns etc.

This is one of the reasons Page joined GGP - He knew that his claim against Arturus was dead hence his joinder of GGP. Already factored in.
