forget about the AIM - this is the most notoriuos gangster exchange in Europe with ruthless market makers and very little regulation, huge spreads and lots of manipulation. This is the last place where I would list my company. TSX and/or AMEX would be great indeed.
By the way - I don't understand why we have all this regional exchanges in Germany. Some have focused on certain segments like Stuttgart is the main exchange for derivatives, options and a like and Hamburg established itself as a fund/ETF exchange. Berlin has all this Russian and other OTC stuff that is mostly traded in Frankfurt as well. Best of the Frankfurt exchange - you can list almost everything without a propsectus. So if have a little sausage shack at Bondi beach please don't hesitate to go for a listing over here. Tell the people you sell hybrid sausages and they will buy at least the stock - it's that simple.
