Hi occam,
you have been around for a while so I would think that logically you are aware that most projects this size take time and have a few setbacks.
One of the traps for young players is that they think that this is a 1 year project to turn around.. sadly it is a lot more complex than that. Something like this is a 10 year project.
A tonne of work has been done (the stuff that takes the longest time) and a lot needs yet to occur (still takes a while). The quick bit is physically building it..
The hard part is to not get to emotianal about the market ups and downs, either sit and put up with it or alternately use them to your advantage.
