BBB, about when Gavin got the job .................. I am not precisely sure , but from memory.............I bought in first in Feb 2011............than attended few AGM, as I worked in Perth ( after having to sell EXT as bought out and taken off public exchange, which was a shame.....as it went from 12c to $11 a share, funnily in worst market crash around 2008-09...........which I miissed out as one in a lifetime opportunity)
( and I take now ARU as a second chance - and it looks like it works out as well in crashing market and could set me up for rest of my time (47 now)
........anyways..........
I was present when Gavin was appointed............(and many times talked with him or asked questions over the tea and a buisquite time at AGM---- funny as I was one of just 3-4 public retail shareholders attending AGM`s.............and someitmes, he or others from the board came to me for a chat............as there was no-one else apart from lawers, ECE, or staff........ Disclousure: we do not know each other otherwise. ( I dated a woman who went to school with P. Sherington- so also had something to chat about with him too)
So- cut the long story short- it must had been 2012-13-14........I would guess.

I found them extremely honest, and appriciative of small shareholders in bad times ( could say, not so much today regarding the massive scale back on SPP- but understand as someone said they absolutely need cooperation with big instos......and have to be bias towards them)
So very honest, very emotional, real, focused, clever, very much forward, informative people..................not surprised, they succeded to lead the comapny to where we are today................just at the beginning.............like turning up to olympic games ( no one is interested in how long you trained, what you must had overcome, at what costs........delaying gratification..)
They start measuring only now, when you get set into the blocks............show us what you`ve got..........(now is ARU today or at FID dicission time) Hence I think with HP/GR entery to invest in ARU only now, when they see you have done the hard yards in training......and realising the potencional
.........SO that is what I can contribute here for all............( sorry it is a bit longish..........but I think it is beneficial to all holders, especialy the newer one`s. ......to get the broader and fundamental context (here we go ...fundamentals again, hey..?)
I am a technicalist as well, maybe more actualy................so I will get some long term charts and my recent charts view in , when I figure how to do it.

Hey, I might chuck in the humble price prediction when I am at it...........to join the rest
I did start believing a target of $ 1.00 to end of 2022.......in summer with the prospected timeline of the management........but with recent developement (Korea, HP/GR) I understand it did not happen..........but still believe in 1 dollar price at the FID.
But if I may...........my long term view...(even, if I might be laughed at as the most naive, bold predictor)
With recent world developement in politics, economics, and fundamentals, social............(not that I agree with it all) and the importance of REE and electromotors and other new technologies (sadly including military applications - which if you think about it is not mentioned at all (not percentiges, applications, technoglies, and which countries)............and now you get miss Rinhart jumping in............US and AUS gov massively supporting the mine.......others say the funds jumping in............................Have you seen much mega rich people putting money some place where they are not ABSOLUTELY SURE they make even more, or loose.???............on inside info due to connections (not accusing anybody-it is just natural try, and or sometimes it just happens that way), or just on pure the life experience, guess, estimate.
I heard the EU`s Ursula Fondernline or what her name is (the head of EU commission or what........................that REE`s WILL BECOME THE NEW OIL and GAS.................I class it like statment - Now we will use combustion engines instead of horse power, Computers instead of typewriters or similar ...., mobile phones instead of land line.............(where did THAT take us????)
or as Michael Saylor say, Bitcoin as a technology reaching at least 1 billion people, in regard to harness Economic energy.........( same Ursula or Lagarde lady said, bitcoin is the escape patch from this economic model.......which they hate and must stop happening......(rings the bell with FTX case????
To finish now ..............I think, we might see time, when we will count the price in dollar increments, rether than cents !!!! (remember we have a buffer of 40y mine life, with most probable ore reserve increase in future.
Look at FMG, Microsoft tesla etc..................former EXT and other lithium stock............and Lynas...........
at which point, with my holding of 1.1 mill ARU @ 18.5c Break even point and 0.5mill oppies @ 11.5c +34c excercise will struggle to handdle the $ sings numberes at my prtfolio, and not cariing about , and gladly paying CGTax.
Strapp in guys,.............the jet is about to take off (I used to call it a train) (might even get to than buying the ride in the Mig -29!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
